First Step Cheer

Minecraft Club: Rise of Civilizations

Embark on an epic journey through the ages in our Minecraft Club: Rise of Civilizations! Using the immersive world of Minecraft Education Edition, students will explore ancient cultures and rebuild the wonders of history. From the fertile banks of the Nile to the bustling marketplaces of Mesopotamia, students will be inspired by the achievements of great civilizations while creating their own. Along the way, students will face challenges that shaped civilizations, such as managing resources, protecting settlements, and adapting to environmental changes. Universal Movement Running Club
3rd-4th | $425
Get ready to hit the ground running with the UM Running Club. Our club is all about fostering a love for running while promoting fitness, friendship, and fun in a supportive environment.
In our exciting sessions, students will participate in a variety of activities that build running skills, coordination, and teamwork.
Each session begins with dynamic warm-up exercises designed to prepare young bodies for running. These include:
-Dynamic stretches
- Mobility exercises
- Endurance Training: Our core training focuses on building endurance through a variety of fun and engaging activities:
- Interval Training: Incorporating short bursts of speed to improve cardiovascular fitness and speed.
- Relay Races and Team Challenges: Encouraging teamwork while developing speed and agility.
- Skill Development: We incorporate drills to improve running form, pacing, and breathing techniques, ensuring that participants learn the fundamentals of effective running.
- Cool Down and Stretching: Each session concludes with a structured cool-down period to promote recovery and flexibility.

VEG Little Vets
1st-3rd | $400
An exciting, STEAM based, hands-on program that teaches young children all about ER veterinary medicine. Through weekly classes taught by VEG doctors and nurses, kids going into 1st-3rd grade, learn how to use real ER tools and medical equipment to diagnose and treat their very own pretend patients. Each session focuses on a different topic—from bones and blood to physical exams and surgery—and uses interactive lessons, games, and activities to show what actually happens in the ER. It’s a fun and educational way for little vets-in-the-making to learn what it’s really like to be an animal doctor—from someone who does it (and loves it!) every day.

Trampoline Bounce & Fitness Class
3rd-4th | $350
Join us for an exciting Trampoline Fitness Class. This high energy class combines bouncing, cardio, and playful exercises to promote fitness, coordination, and team work in a safe and engaging environment. What to Expect: - Students will learn basic trampoline skills while incorporating dance moves, promoting coordination, balance, and rhythm. Our experienced instructors will guide them through fun routines that keep them moving. Fitness Fun: Through playful games and energetic workouts, children will build strength, agility, and endurance without even realizing they’re exercising! We focus on making fitness enjoyable and accessible for every child. - Creative Expression: The class encourages creativity as the participants have the opportunity to freestyle and showcase their own dance moves on the trampoline, fostering confidence and self-expression. - Safety First: Our classes prioritize safety with proper trampoline techniques and equipment. All Sports chug gives the students a chance to play a variety of sports and develop new skills. We will have a rotation of 2 different sports each week. Depending on the weather, we’ll play outside, giving the kids the opportunity to enjoy fresh air while staying active. It’s a fun and dynamic way for children to stay engaged, learn teamwork, and stay healthy in a supportive and energetic environment.
